I decided I needed to do some overload in my shirt to really shock my CNS. I used my old phenom that is pretty much on its last leg (Ive got a new one that I will get tightened up).

Becca
low box squats, she worked up and missed a weight then came back and got it for a tripple
she followed that with k-bell swings, band good mornings. This is just the start of training, so far Im proud of how she is handling the increased volume.
